Our Neighborhood

The Village Park Residential Owners Association sits in a beautiful setting with some of the best views of the Grand Valley. Our commitment to you is to continue to make the community a more enjoyable place to live and to maintain and raise your property values.

We are located at 28ΒΌ Road & Patterson (F) Road. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 2354 Grand Junction CO 81502. The Association consists of a Board of Directors who volunteer their time to supervise and repair the pump house and medians, receive and record all the Associations income, collect any delinquencies and record and pay all Association bills, as well as provide answers to any concerns regarding Association documents and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.
